• The model and serial number of the appliance the part was installed in must be provided in order to receive your free replacement part. This information must be received by our customer service agent to streamline the claim process.
• NOTE: Under no circumstances will Essentials For Your Home be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the said product.
